Windermere Sunset

Windermere is a large lake in Cumbria’s Lake District National Park, northwest England. It’s surrounded by mountain peaks and villages, including Bowness-on-Windermere, where this image was taken. Windermere lake, at 10.5 miles long, one mile wide and 220 feet deep, is the largest natural lake in both the Lake District and in England, and is fed by numerous rivers. Strictly speaking, Windermere lake is just called Winder”mere”, with “mere” meaning a lake that is broad in relation to its depth.

We print with a 12 colour process, this means we can print a much larger colour range than most printing companies that normally use a 4 or 8 colour process. All sizes for our gloss paper prints are in inches. Please note prints are supplied without mounts or frames.
