Mevagissey Lighthouse and lone fisherman

Mevagissey is a village, fishing port and civil parish in Cornwall, England. The village is situated approximately five miles south of St Austell. The Harbour Lighthouse is situated at the end of the outer harbour wall, it is a cast iron hexagonal tower, painted white with a black base of a similar design to the newer lighthouse on St Ives Harbour Wall. Mevagissey village centre consists of narrow streets with many places to eat and shops aimed at the tourist trade.
