Swaledale From Buttertubs Pass

A view looking across Swaledale in the North Yorkshire National Park taken from the top of Buttertubs Pass. The meadows bathed in the warm Summer sun. The patchwork of meadows divided by iconic traditional dry stone walls. As your eyes wander through this classic north English countryside view Swaledale Sheep can be seen in the foreground grazing on the lush grass, Buttertubs Pass divides Swaledale and Wensleydale, two of the iconic dales within the National Park.
